By partnering with Outreach Allies LLC, you agree to the following terms. These are designed to ensure a transparent, productive relationship between our team and your business.
Outreach Allies provides AI automation consulting and implementation. While our tools are designed to streamline your workflow, they require your final review and oversight. You are responsible for the accuracy and brand-alignment of any automated outputs sent to your customers.
Payments are processed via Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Outreach Allies LLC to charge the agreed-upon fees. Subscription cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
The specific workflows and "Ally" configurations we build for you are yours to use for the duration of our partnership. The underlying Outreach Allies methodology and proprietary code remain the intellectual property of Outreach Allies LLC.
Outreach Allies LLC provides tools to assist your business growth, but we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our automations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.
